Post a shift with the role, date, time, pay range, and location. Nearby workers whose availability and role preferences match are notified. Review applications, message candidates, and confirm details directly. You are the employer: you handle interviews, eligibility checks (including Form I-9), wages, taxes, and payment.

For workers

Create a short profile and share when you're free — one-off time slots or a weekly pattern. Browse and apply to nearby shifts, or let restaurants find and contact you. Availability is not a commitment to accept work; confirm every detail with the restaurant before you show up.

What ShiftApron does not do

We don't employ workers, verify identity or work authorization, run background checks, process payroll, track hours, or guarantee any job, worker, or payment. We provide listing, search, and messaging tools only.
