Data we collect

Account contact info (email), profile details you provide, availability, job posts, applications, and in-app messages. We intentionally do not collect SSNs, I-9 documents, ID photos, bank accounts, or tax forms — never share these on the platform.

Location

Worker location is stored and displayed at city/ZIP level only. Precise worker addresses are never collected or shown. Only a restaurant's public business address is displayed on its job posts.

How we use data

To provide matching, search, and messaging; for safety investigations; and to comply with law. Message content is used only for providing the service, safety review of reported content, and legal compliance.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, pause visibility, export your data, and request account deletion from Settings.
