1. What ShiftApron is

ShiftApron is an information listing and communication platform that helps restaurants and food-service job seekers discover and contact each other. ShiftApron is not an employer, joint employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, or identity-verification service.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older. Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, eligibility, and qualifications of anyone they engage with, and for all employment obligations, including wages, taxes, insurance, and workplace safety. ShiftApron does not verify any user's identity, work authorization, background, certificates, or business licenses, and does not guarantee any job's authenticity, work quality, wage payment, or workplace safety.

3. Acceptable use

No fraudulent posts, harassment, discrimination in violation of applicable law, posts below applicable minimum wage, or requests for fees, sensitive documents, or bank credentials. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

4. Disputes between users

Employment disputes, including unpaid wages, are between the worker and the restaurant. We may act on reports through content and account moderation but do not adjudicate labor disputes.
